This picture shows the dual nature of at least some Australian cities: the highrise contain mostly offices, the population lives outside the central part of the city. Of course the small houses seen in the picture belong the the richest segment of the population.

I am a retired professor from a developmental psychology program at Åbo Akademi University. My research so far has mainly concerned the family, especially intergenerational relations. As a child I was Lena Pettersson (or Leena Pettersson in Finnish)and lived in Artsjö (Artjärvi), Rovaniemi and Lovisa (Loviisa). I studied at the University of Jyväskylä.
